The Ministry of Education, Singapore only sells the SAS kit to Certified Users₁ of the SAS. Sales are made on the understanding that only qualified and competent individuals will use the instrument. Purchasers will also be required to produce their unique identification codes (UID).

₁ Certified Users are those who have successfully completed the SAS Certified User Training Programme.

The SAS has been adapted from the British Ability Scales, which is a widely accepted and internationally recognised cognitive test with sound psychometric properties.

Only registered psychologist with certification by the Singapore Psychological Society and/or recognised national professional bodies from overseas such as the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP), the British Psychology Society (BPS) and the Australian Health Practioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) can attend the training.

Individuals who successfully complete the SAS Certified User Training Programme will be provided with the UID. Individuals are required to produce the UID to purchase the SAS kit.

Sales of the SAS kit are made on the understanding that only qualified and competent psychologists will use the instrument. However, with the SAS Supervised User Training Programme, you can use the SAS kit under the supervision of a Certified User of the SAS.

For SAS pre-approved organisations, you can submit your orders via email or through the website.

We currently only accept PayNow for individual purchasers.

From $6 onwards depending on total weight. Final fees will be advised upon payment.

Orders will be processed within 7 working days.

Courier delivery will be arranged on weekdays during office hours and should reach you within 3 working days. We engage SingPost as our delivery partner for the delivery of our orders.

Self collection will be from NIE International by appointment only

All processed orders cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable.

The disposal of the SAS kits (Protocols and Test Items) requires it to be destroyed in a secure manner to maintain test security. Appropriate methods include: Direct shredding by individuals or the use of secure shredding/pulping/incineration facilities. It is illegal to re-sell or give away SAS kits to other individuals.
